Improvements

• Catalogue : Added support for naming incoming images using a catalogue:imageName display driver parameter. The default Interactive/Beauty output now includes this parameter so that it can be specified via the Outputs node.

• OSL Expression : Fixed crash due to exception in upstream computation.
• OSLShader : Fixed loading of a further 85 MaterialX shaders which were renamed by https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/OpenShadingLanguage/pull/909.
• StandardNodeGadget : Changes to nodeGadget:minWidth metadata now take immediate effect in all GraphEditors.
